Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring, summer, and fall weekends, which tend to fill quickly. While we occasionally have last-minute availability, reserving your date several months in advance gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date.

Question 2

Is a deposit required to hold my date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A $350 non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement are required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event. Bookings made within 5 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Question 3

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Your booking deposit is non-refundable, as your event date is reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days are generally non-refundable; however, if we are able to rebook your date, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Can I book for a date that's less than 2 weeks away?

Absolutely! If we're available, we'd love to be part of your event. Contact us to check availability, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.

Question 5

How much space do you need?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a space of approximately 20' × 20' to comfortably accommodate the camper, guests, and a small waiting area. If your venue has limited space, we'll gladly discuss alternative placement options.

Question 6

Can the camper be used indoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — at many venues! Indoor setup requires appropriate vehicle access and adequate clearance. We'll work directly with your venue before your event to determine whether an indoor setup is possible.

Question 7

Does the camper require electricity?

Accepted Answer

If a standard 120V outlet is available, we'll plug in. If not, we can provide our own power solution for an additional fee, allowing us to operate in virtually any location.

How early do you arrive for setup?

Accepted Answer

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event begins to complete setup, testing, and ensure everything is ready before your first guests arrive.

How many people fit inside the camper?

Accepted Answer

The camper comfortably accommodates 3-4 adults for photos, although larger groups often squeeze in for fun group shots!

What's included with every package?

Every package includes unlimited photo sessions, instant professional prints, digital sharing via QR code, text, or email, a professional booth attendant, and a private online gallery after your event. The Journey and Adventure packages also include a personalized photo template. A custom template can be added to the Getaway package as well — just ask.

Can you customize the photo design?

Yes! Our Journey and Adventure packages include a professionally designed custom print template personalized with your names, company logo, event branding, colors, or a special message. You are welcome to add that option to the Getaway package.

How do guests receive their photos?

Accepted Answer

Guests receive professional-quality prints in seconds and can instantly access digital copies by QR code, text, or email.

Is the booth staffed during the event?

Yes. A friendly professional attendant is always on-site to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you offer branded experiences for businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can customize print templates with company logos, event branding, marketing graphics, and messaging. Optional upgrades include a custom welcome screen for a fully branded experience.

Do you travel?

Yes! We proudly serve Lakewood, Denver, and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles. Travel beyond our standard service area is available for an additional fee.

Are you insured?

Yes. Mile High Photo Pod carries commercial liability insurance, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) can be provided to venues upon request.
